Your best and longest friend has just gotten engaged. Are you trying to come up with a congratulations poem for them? Are you having trouble of thinking about what to say to them? This happened to me not too long ago, I had to think long and hard before I knew what to say.

So I wrote a few things down until I go it right, I spent a couple days trying to do this.

But anything for a long time friend, and my friend was so pleased when I sent her the poem, I was glad I took the time to write it.

To help you in this situation let me say that the poem does not have to be highly complex.

So let me give you some examples of what to say so you will have an easier time.

She just said yes to the proposal,

You have some plans to make,

tomorrow after you are fully awake.

You are announcing your engagement tonight,

and you feel it is all so very, very right.

You love each other with all your might,

travel together and soon the wedding night.

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials,

you have chosen to go through life together.

Now that yes has been said to the proposals,

your mind is dancing and feels light as a feather.

I hear congratulations are required!

For you and the lady you have admired.

She has agreed to be your wife,

for all the rest of your happy life.

Congratulations on the great news of your engagement!

You have loved each other for so many years,

the news of you wanted to marry is music to my ears.

Now that you are on the path to a new life have no fears,

you will be so happy on your wedding day with many cheers.

Poems are such a nice way to congratulate your friends. They always appreciate the effort. Your poems do not always have to have a rhyme if you have a hard time with that. It is so grand to have a lover to share things with. Anyone in love tries to make special romantic moments with their loved ones.

Whether it be a roaring fire in the fireplace and a picnic in front of, or a special candlelit dinner in a restaurant.

You may prefer going to movies or the sports games.

to knowing when the mood needs to be lighter,
mean so much to me and has made us tighter.

You are so unbelievably good to me,
that I fall deeper in love everyday.
Your so sweet you fit me to a tee,
I will just let you carry me away.

When I am with you love is on my mind,
I feel so safe and warm with you.
You have this charm and you are kind,
no wonder I feel a love that is so true.

My body feels love for you to such an extent,
that at times it truly make me feel all afire.
So I write this poem to make sure the message is sent,
I am going to make you mine that is what I aspire.

You can probably come up with some better poems of your own. Just mark down your feelings about the one you love. Make sure the lines rhyme like that ones above. But if you cannot think of a poem to write you can use one of these here to help you with your special occasion.
