Also you need to make sure you know your partner well enough to make the commitment in the first place.

Spend some time getting to know who the other one is. Participate in activities together. Meet each other’s friends and families. Have long talks with each other. Discuss job and personal goals so you know what each of you want in life.

There is so much information you should know before getting married. Too much to just accidently find it out about your partner. You will have to resort to asking questions to learn some of it. Asking these questions can be fun if you do it the right way.

Just throw a few questions in every so many minutes throughout your conversations. Make this flow natural in what you are talking about though. Then your partner will not feel put on the spot.

Come up with questions that give you the answers you need though. You don’t want frivolous fun questions here. The questions you want to ask get to the heart of who your partner is. Below are just some of the questions to ask your partner to see if he is the right marriage partner for you…

Questions to Ask Before Marriage:

1. Have you had a physical lately to make sure you are totally healthy? You may not think this is important but it is.

2. What do you think of prenuptial agreements? Are you for or against them?

3. Will you want to make a family with me after we have been married for a while? If so how many children would you like to have? These are two questions you need to be in sync with.

4. What is your financial situation at present? Where do you plan for it to be in 10 years? You need to know if your partner has any bad debts because you will be sharing in the problem after you are married.

5. Who do you think should handle the checkbook in our marriage? You could also add that you think it should be jointly handled so your partner knows your side of this.

6. Do you want to get a bigger place after we get married? This is especially important if your partner’s place and yours is small.

7. Do you feel comfortable sharing a closet with me? Some people have strange closet habits.

8. Will you feel comfortable with a large wedding ceremony and elaborate reception? Your partner may want a small affair while you want a big one, compromise is the key here.

9. You bed or mine, which one will we sleep in? The other can of course be kept in the guest room if you have one?

10. Do you snore, if so, how loud? You may have to buy some earplugs!

11. How do you physically make love? Sex is bound to come up sooner or later you might as well discuss it and see what the other one thinks about it.

12. Are you close with your family like I am with mine? (Or if you are estranged from your family, ask that instead of your partner.) You will need to know how much you will need to interact with each other’s family. That is part of marriage too.

13. Do you believe in us even cleaning the house together? The woman needs to know if the man is willing to do his part with the household chores.

14. Are you a heavy drinker, smoker, or drug user (prescription or illegal)? Hopefully your partner should be honest about this. You should have spent enough time together to know the answer to this question already though.

15. How deeply do you actually love me? Love is important, but even more important is the question, do you like me?

16. What do you like to do when you are not working? Do you like to be active or just stay home? These answers could be important to how you spend leisure time together.

See what important facts you can find out before you get married. Some of the answers to these questions could make you change your mind all together. Then again they could also reaffirm your decision to get marries is the right one. Surely you will find some other things you want to know to make questions on too.

Both of you want to make sure you understand every aspect of buying a home before jumping into homeownership.

You two newlyweds want to make a good first house purchase after all. The following questions will give you some kind of idea of the things you should educate yourself on.

Questions to Ask When Buying a House:

1. Ask yourselves first how much you can actually afford to pay for a house? You should not spend more than one third of your income on the house payments. It is really best to come under the one third if you can. This way your budget will be easier to handle.

2. Also you two will have to ponder how much room you will need to be comfortable. So will 1,000 square feet be enough or do you need more room than that? While considering the size you will also need to ask yourself how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and other rooms you will be looking for.

3. Can you get the size of house you need, for the money you can afford to pay? You will find this out by asking a real estate agent or looking online at the houses for sale.

4. When you start physically looking at the houses then you will need to ask if there are any problems. Ask if the house is in a flood zone for one thing. This could be very important, due to the fact that special flood insurance has to be bought to cover any house from flooding.

5. Ask if the house can be re-carpeted if you don’t like the color or condition of it at no cost to you. This is a point many people forget to ask. Simply state the inquiry as “Can the carpet be replaced?“

6. What age are the appliances and which ones are being left with the house? Everyone does not leave the refrigerator but they usually leave the stove. So this is something that needs to be known.

7. How much acreage is the house on? Of course this will probably be told to you, but just in case it is not, you will now know to ask. Make sure the drainage is good on this acreage too, you don’t want the water in your yard running into the neighbor’s yard and causing damage.

8. How old is the roof on the house? This is especially important with an older house. Even with a new house make sure to examine it for leaks though.

9. Does the foundation have any cracks in it? In fact don’t just ask go look at this where you can. Look for cracks in the walls too. This is a sign of settling, which may mean there is a problem with the dirt under the house.

10. What is the crime rate in the area? You might have to check with the local police department to get a good answer on this though.

11. Is the house in a good school district? You might be planning on staying in the house long enough to have kids so this will be important one day.

12. How close is the fire department to your house? If you are out from the city a bit in a more rural area, you want to be sure that the firemen can arrive in time.

13. What date will the house be available to move into? This will depend of course on your final walk through and closing date on the house. The final walk through is to approve any changes you wanted to the house has been done. The closing is when you sign the legal papers for ownership and get your keys to the house. If a house has been occupied by someone, you may have to give them a period of time to move out upon closing, or set the closing to after they have already moved out.

14. Will you have some time after you have lived in the house to have problems fixed? Most new houses have this built into the contract, not so much with older houses.

If you educate yourself enough, then when the happy day comes you two can celebrate life in your new house. Happy house hunting!

The other side is the employee applicant needing to answer the questions correctly. It helps when the applicant can see sample questions with how they should answer them.

We will cover both sides of the interview process to help both the employer and employee applicant to understand it better.

Questions for the Employer to Ask

Employers need to remember that through asking these questions, they will be able to tell if an applicant will be a good match for the company and the job.

1.Why should I hire you? What will you bring to this job?

This question will allow the employer to see how the applicant views his qualifications for the job.

2.If an irate customer started making a scene, how would you handle it?

The information found here will show the interviewee’s problem solving skills.

3.For what reason did you leave your last job?

The interviewer might be able to uncover a problem the applicant had that was not taken care of in an effective manner.

4.If you are called at the last minute to come to work could you show up fairly quickly?

This is very important information if the job is in retail.

5.I see by your resume that you were in management at your last job, was your department a successful one?

Maybe this applicant left or was told to leave because he was not good at managing.

6.Can you work long hours without it causing problems in your personal life?

If the answer is no to this beware of this one. Personal issues can affect job performance.

Questions and Answers for the Applicant to Understand

There are so many things that are asked in a job interview, it is easy for the applicant to get confused on what the correct answers might be. Here are some questions along with their answers so that the applicant can practice.

1.What do I need to know about you?

The applicant should stay to what is pertinent to his/her abilities to do the job. This can include educational background info and job history. They could also talk about any interesting hobbies they have. This would show they are a well-rounded person. They should stay away from highly personal information though and also keep it a short explanation. No 2-hour speeches on their whole life stories.

2.Why do you want this particular position?

This is where the interviewee needs to really have his/her answer down pat. It is something they always wanted to do or that they feel it would be a good stepping stone to their future plans.

3.If a difficult situation occurred within your job assignment how would you go about handling it?

The worst answer would be to say they would ask the manager for advice. A better answer is that they would try all means to solve the problem, and if nothing worked than they would ask for help.

4.Are you a self starter or do you need to be constantly told what you need to do next?

By all means answer yes that you are a self starter. Companies today want people who can think fast on their feet and find out for themselves what the next task at hand is. A manager does not mind being asked what to do, but does not like to have to remind the employees constantly the tasks they need to be doing.

5.Why do you want this job at this company?

After explaining that they would be good for the job, the interviewee should also say they believe the company will be good for growth potential too. If the company has been around for a long, then the applicant needs to point out they feel it is a stable place to work.

6.Do you feel that you have attained certain goals in your life up till now?

Hopefully, the interviewee will have a positive answer to this inquiry. Life should be about setting and reaching goals all along the way.

7.What are your salary expectations from this position?

The applicant should have a realistic idea of what the position pays. If they say $70,000 a year when the position only pays $40,000 a year they will not benefit their cause at all.

When you meet a guy there are things you want to know about him. Some things can be discovered just by normal conversation or spending time together. But some topics just don’t pop up in conversation.

These topics have to be brought up. This is especially true if it is a topic that delves deeper into his personality. Many wonder about the best way to bring up new topics in a conversation.

The answer to that is easy; bring up questions on those topics. Questions can be about any subject you can think up plus more. Interesting conversations can be sparked from just one question.

Ask a searching question like what the guy thinks of the unemployment rate or maybe what his future plans are for his life and you can get him talking. See how simple it is to get the conversation going?

If you are struggling with knowing what can be asked then check out the questions in this article. You are free to use them in your conversations until you make some of your own. Below are many examples of the kind of questions you can ask that guy you want to get to know.

Good Questions to Ask a Guy:

1-10

1. What color shirts do you like to wear the most? Also do you like patterned shirts or plain shirts the best?
2. Do you like to watch the Summer or Winter Olympics when they are held?
3. Are there any sports you are hooked on?
4. Are you grumpy when you first wake up in the morning?
5. Are you satisfied with the position you hold in the company you work for?
6. Are you capable of violence against another living being for any reason other than self defense?
